Many years ago I purchased a greeting card with a picture of this angel on the front.  It has always inspired me with a feeling of humility and service.  I tried to find information about the artwork and artist.  Unfortunately I was not able to find any information.

I began to refer to the picture as "At Your Service" and used it as the logo and motto for my business.

In February 2004 I met Danny Hahlbohm at the Hyde Park Art Festival in Tampa, Florida.  I had always admired Danny's work and have used several of his paintings on this web site in my Inspiration Pages.  When I introduced myself to Danny and gave him one of my business cards I could not believe his reaction.  After looking at the card for a long time he started to ask me about the picture.  I explained to him the origin of the picture and I did not know the artist or artwork.  I also told him that I had always wanted a painting of the angel.

Danny then said that he had been thinking of doing an angel but did not have the right inspiration for it.  He said this was the inspiration he needed and would paint the angel.  The picture below is the concept for the final artwork.
